William N. Bernstein, LEED®AP, AIA :
Mr. Bernstein is a registered
Architect and a graduate of Yale University (Master of
Architecture '85) with over twenty-five years of experience in the
design and construction of award-winning commercial facilities
including restaurant design and restaurant planning. As principal of Bernstein
& Associates, Architects, Mr. Bernstein has been the
principal-in-charge of (10) restaurant projects. In addition to
his practical experience in the architectural and construction
industries, Mr. Bernstein has written two books on contemporary
architecture, published many articles in the areas of design and
construction and had projects designed by the firm published in
numerous journals. Mr. Bernstein is not only strong in restaurant design, but also construction, and is
the founder of a project management firm, Empire Projects, Inc.
and a member of the Project Management Institute.
Kenneth Yesmant :
Mr. Yesmant is a graduate of SUNY Farmingdale, Pratt Institute,
and the National Academy of Art & Design. He has devoted his
career to the design and construction of restaurants, and he has
worked on some of the most prominent and successful restaurants in
the country. He has a national reputation in restaurant
design and construction, and
has completed over
(20) prominent restaurant projects around the country.
