Successfully Completed Project Types Include the Following:

	For a large, national, vehicle-rental company, we have been responsible for all building renovations and new buildings in the New York area since 1990. Our most recent projects for this client were: a new 100,000 sf warehouse, a 100,000 sf warehouse renovation and a 20,000 sq. ft. new vehicle maintenance warehouse, vehicle repair, and a paint spray booth. Other projects have included new storage, office and retail facilities.
	For the Audubon Business and Technology Center (client: Columbia University), we have been responsible for the architectural/engineering fit-out of the entire 105,000 sq. ft. building. Our pilot project at the A.B.T.C. received a design award from Progressive Architecture in a juried design competition, and was published in Architectural Record.
	For the Neurological Institute (client: Columbia University and Presbyterian Hospital), we have been responsible for all work in this 16-story, 185,000 sq. ft. building for over (7) years, including general interior and exterior rehab work, new windows and doors, new elevators, and upgrades to the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
	For the Canarsie Community Center in Brooklyn (client: DGS), we renovated the entire building, providing, among other items: new entrances, including barrier-free ramps; new exterior windows; a new elevator; and upgrades on mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
	For the 5th and 10th Precinct Station Houses in Manhattan, and the 60th Precinct Station House in Brooklyn (clients: New York Police Department and DGS), we renovated the entire building, providing: new entrances, including barrier-free ramps; new windows and doors; and upgrades on mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
	For several buildings on Governeur's Island (client: U.S. Coast Guard), we provided infrastructure upgrades as well as a variety of interior and exterior improvements, including several dormitory renovations.
	For clients such as Columbia University, Cornell University, Rockefeller University, Dartmouth College, Mt. Sinai Medical Center, and the Population Council, we have designed general interior and exterior rehab Projects, including all architectural and engineering components. Two of these Projects received Awards of Excellence from the Architectural Woodwork Institute, and were published in Design Solutions (copies are attached).
	For the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers - in Manhattan, Bronx and Northport locations - we have been responsible for a wide array of clinical renovations, renovations to wards, and infrastructure upgrades.
	For the historic Hotel St. George in Brooklyn Heights (formerly the largest hotel in the U.S.), we have been responsible for all interior and exterior renovations, from 1990 to the present, in the multi-building, 350,000 sq. ft. complex.
	For DASNY, we are currently in the construction document phase of a renovation of the Queens Alcoholism Treatment Center at the Creedmoor Psychiatric Center. This renovation includes: selected interior renovations, a new roof, structural repairs, and upgrades to the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
